New Vegas Charisma Useless
There are a lot less of them in New Vegas than there were in 3. With all of the new crafted items and various needs for many items, it has really made me start thinking about picking up a lot more things. I used to ignore everything that wasn't on my set list of 'stuff to loot'. Now I pick up everything at least once.
One thing I have found to be quite useless and also superglued to the bottom of your backpack is the Rocket Souvenirs.. I have 157 of them for ever. I cannot sell them, drop them, nothing. I would love to have them just sitting on shelves in my homes.. But it seems I will have them for life.
I only played through New Vegas once, and haven't really tooled around. INT for more Skill points and Charisma for better rewards and skipping. Intelligence is also pretty useless in Vegas imo, since there are the skill. Fallout: New Vegas. Charisma in New Vegas modifies Barter, Speech and Companion Nerve. Companion Nerve gives each companion in the party +5% to their damage and armor, up to a maximum of +50% at 10 Charisma.(its useless other than speech+CH checks) However, some interactions will not be available if your Charisma is too low. I love Sneaky Sniper builds Max out Guns, Sneak Get all gun-boosting/critical boosting perks S4 P9(OR (8) E4 C4 I7 A8(OR 9) L4 Strength can be boosted to 6 later Endurance isn't really needed except for in the NV Med Clinic for bonus stats Charism.
