Hi All, After upgrading in house Exchange 2016 from CU5 to CU7, I noticed all Outlook 2016 CTR stuck at Loading Profile for more than 60 secs. After it is connected, everything is normal.

7. Disable Hardware Accelerations

- Then go to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER” > “Software” > “Microsoft” > “Office” > “<your Outlook version>” > “Common”.
- Right click “Command” and choose “New” > “Key”.
- Name this new key as “Graphics”. Right click it and choose “New” > “DWORD (32-bit) Value”. On the right pane, name it as “DisableHardwareAcceleration”.

10. Remove Guilty Add-ins in Safe Mode
