  • Cato Neimoidia, a key world of the Confederacy of Independent Systems and the Neimoidians who manage the Trade Federation, is one of the wealthiest worlds in the galaxy. Its polished skylines are suspended upon gently swaying bridges, feats of architectural wonder spanning the fog-shrouded valleys of the mountainous world.

Quoting Jeffery Lautenslager That's a really nice creation swash, those pirate ship pieces obviously came in handy. It's anoyying because the catoon network channel on my network isn't showing the star wars clone wars season 2. Your right it is a dissapointment that Rune Haako was't in the clone wars, didn't he die on episode 1?(I need to watch that movie again).

'That business on Cato Neimoidia doesn't.. doesn't count.'
―Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi[src]

The oldest of the Neimoidianpurse worlds, Cato Neimoidia was the location of Nute Gunray's secret redoubt. The planet was near the Neimoidian homeworld of Neimoidia, also in the Colonies region.

Only the richest of the Neimoidians were allowed to live on the planet. Their treasures were protected in vaults located in difficult landscape and protected by B1 battle droids. The cities of Cato Neimoidia were built on large bridges spanning massive rock arches.

Cato Neimoidia featured vast forests rich in flora and fauna. Notable species included the Neimoidian kreehawk, a dangerous but beautiful avian found in some aviaries.

HistoryEdit

'This is hardly your planet anymore—not since you signed it over to the Banking Clan in return for a stake in this new droid foundry.'
―Senator Rush Clovis, to Senator Lott Dod[src]

Early historyEdit

Cato Neimoidia was one of many worlds colonized by the Neimoidians early during the Old Republic era, joining the Galactic Republic sometime between 25,000 BBY and 22,000 BBY.[2]

The wealthiest and most resource-rich colony worlds were known as 'purse worlds' that served as administrative posts ruling their own set of colonies. These purse worlds were the only colonies allowed to carry the name of Neimoidia. Other Neimoidian purse worlds include Deko Neimoidia and Koru Neimoidia, both were nearby in the same region of the Galaxy. Cato Neimoidia was the oldest purse world and may have been one of the earliest Neimoidian colonies.

Cold WarEdit

During the Cold War, Republic spyTheron Shan was rumored to have had enemies in the corporate dens of Cato Neimoidia.[6]

Rise of the EmpireEdit

'This planet is vital to the Separatist movement..A victory here could turn the tide of war!'
―Jedi Master Ferroda[src]

During the Clone Wars, it was a key member of the Confederacy of Independent Systems and was defended by the Neimoidian Home Defense Legions.

In 19 BBY, the Republiclaunched an attack on the redoubt, led by Jedi GeneralsObi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker, as well as Republic NavyCommanderJan Dodonna, to find Viceroy Nute Gunray of the Trade Federation and bring him to justice. Although Gunray escaped, he left behind hoards of valuables, all of which were captured by the Republic. In addition to this, he also left behind the mechno-chair he used to contact the other Separatist leaders, and Darth Sidious.

The bridge cities persisted in resisting the Republic, leading to a fierce aerial battle in which Plo Koon was shot down by his own clone pilots shortly after Order 66 was enacted by Supreme ChancellorPalpatine, who declared himself Emperor soon afterward. Also, the Jedi clones X1 and X2 fought in the battle, and X2 killed Jedi MasterFerroda in Gunray's palace for attacking his comrades in self defense, though he later turned against the Empire after believing that what the newly founded Empire did on Cato Neimoidia was wrong.

After Anakin Skywalker ended the Clone Wars with the massacre of the Separatist Council on Mustafar, including Nute Gunray. Acting Viceroy Sentepeth Findosresisted for a brief moment, but was forced by Stormtroopers to sign a peace treaty with the Empire the day that the Clone Wars ended, giving all of the Federation's resources to Palpatine's disposal to help him build the Galactic Empire. This had made the Trade Federation a puppet government.

Imperial periodEdit

Months after the Clone Wars ended, agents of Bail Organa infiltrated the palace of Darga the Hutt in the ruined capital city of Zarra on Cato Neimoidia. They freed Darga's prisoner, Jedi MasterDenia. Before leaving the palace, the agents overheard Darga's majordomo having a conversation with InquisitorDraco.

Four months after the Republic's transformation into the Galactic Empire, Jedi Dass Jennir came to Cato Neimoidia looking for work. Around the time when the Galactic Civil War began, the planet had been designated as an Imperial Protectorate of the Empire and thus outfitted with an Imperial garrison led by BaronMerillion Tarko. The Baron's iron rule over the planet, however, came to an end when a clone of Galen Marek flew to Cato Neimoidia to rescue GeneralRahm Kota, resulting in the destruction of much of Tarko-se, its arena, and the death of Tarko by being eaten by a Gorog as well.

For nineteen years, the federation continued to be a puppet government until the Imperial Senate was dissolved in 0 BBY taking the federation with it shortly before the Battle of Yavin.

CATO NEIMOIDIA: The Eastern Arch

ACHIEVEMENT - Valet [10/Bronze]
After taking care of the first wave of Storm Troopers pull back by Vader's TIE. Use Force Grip to crush it into a ball and then launch it into the AT-MP for an easy achievement.

Achievement - Valet

Then next platform has a new enemy. Sith Acolytes. These guy are immune to force moves but crumble under sabers. So Dash dodge in close and grapple them for an easy kill.

HOLOCRON - Protection saber crystal
This crystal in on the other platform past the Acolytes. It's behind a stack of boxes so it's not visible right away.

Fallout war never changes speech. The Fallout intro begins with the song 'Maybe' by The Ink Spots and a screen of a Radiation King television set showing a Vault-Tec ad for Vault 13, featuring the Vault Boy watering plants and waving at the camera as the Vault blast door closes, followed by the "Vault of the Future" picture. Of gameplay, new weapons, and new experiences. You will encounter both old and new foes, and a secret with the potential to scar the Mojave forever. This is my third significant quest mod for the Fallout Universe. This quest is heavy on combat and quite difficult. I recommend at.least. a level 20 character or above. Helpful Hints.

ACHIEVEMENT - Return To Sender [20/Bronze]
You will go down an elevator and there will be a AT-MP right in front of you. Simply Force Grab all its missiles and send them right back for the achievement.

Follow the path around and the Baron will take off in a ship to escape. Enemies will then take some elevators down to get you. Eliminate all of them and then Force Grip the elevators to raise them up little by little. Raise the middle one just slightly, then the right one between the middle one and the high right ledge.

HOLOCRON - Experience
Jump from elevator to elevator and grab this Holocron on the top ledge which is your destination.

Continue down the hall and you'll get to an area with large hanging platforms and you'll learn how to Saber Throw. Use it to bring down the platform to a level you can get to and then Saber Throw the next one and hop over to it.

ACHIEVEMENT - Strike! [10/Bronze]
Inside the Palace there are a few of these spheres to to use. Grab them with Force Grip, use Lightning on them, and then send them down the halls to kill enemies. You need to get 3 with one throw. If you don't get it in this first area don't worry as there are plenty of these around the rest of the level.

There are also a few doors in this area. You can Force Push them open but it's far easier to just saber the glass and jump on through.

HOLOCRON - Fury saber crystal
As you exit the second set of glass doors the Holocron is on the left. You do have to turn to see it so make sure you don't miss it.

Lightning 2 more Jumptroopers and then use Force Grip and a button smash to destroy the force field towers. Then another AT-MP so just deflect its missiles back at it by blocking right before they get to you. Work your way through Storm Troopers to another section now with 2 AT-MPs. Again just deflect their missiles back and it's no problem.

HOLOCRON - Healing saber crystal
When you get back inside there is another sphere. When you remove it, the Holocron is underneath it.

Continue through to more AT-MPs and then a series of Rioters and finally some more Sith Acolytes. Once they are down take the elevator.

HOLOCRON - Blue Bacta Tank
Another run dash sequence. Just double jump dash to maneuver away from the obstacles and storm troopers. About hallway there is a Holocron in the air, you need to double jump dash through. If you miss it just let yourself die for another crack at it.

Then another big drop and boom! we are in another room. Casino time. Force Push or just break the glass. There is another sphere in here if you need yet another chance at Strike!.

HOLOCRON - Green Bacta Tank
There the Holocron is in the middle of the top force field area of the first casino area.

Star Wars Force Unleashed 2 Cato Neimoidia Walkthrough

After all the enemies are dead break through the door on the left. Take out all the enemies and the jump to the second floor area and Saber Throw the top of the elevator shaft. It will crash out and you can drop down the shaft to the next area.

ACHIEVEMENT - Break The Bank [10/Bronze]
If you haven't gotten it already bust open 10 of the game/slot machines in the area for the achievement.

There is a AT-MP and some Acolytes down here.

Star Wars Force Unleashed 2 Cato Neimoidia

HOLOCRON - Experience
There is a Holocron hovering over one of the high bridge areas. Make sure to get it before you drop down the next shaft.

When you drop down the next area is filled with carbonite vapor. There are 2 Carbonite Droids and a ton of extra Troopers. Mind Trick the Troopers and destroy the Droids with your Lightning as you have been.

HOLOCRON - Outfit
After destroying the last one Force Push your way through the Carbonite doors. At the end of the hall is a holo of a Fett. Destroy the 3 games machines in front of it and the Outfit Holocron will appear.

Gunship Battle
As you ride the tram use quick Force Grip motions to throw the TIEs into each other. The battle itself is very easy. Stay to the back of the tram and the turret and bombs can't even hit you. Then Force Grip the missiles back to the gunship and the battle will be over very fast.
