Good system
I like the POW instead of having 2cables. It was easy to set up after about a week had to contact the company about the hard drive making a loud noise. They responded quickly and sent me another hard drive, which I much quieter. Now I am having a problem of video loss. Contacted onwote and they responded very quickly and told me what to do. It worked for about three weeks and it has started back. Wrote to company and waiting on a response. Judging how they are they will respond quickly. I will have to say that onwote always responds quickly and are very helpful, some of the best customer service I have had in a while. Would given it 5 stars but with the few issues I have had I gave it 4 stars. I would.d recommend this system
Improve user manual and documentarion
The user manual does not have enough explanation for non-technical people to understand how to make all of the functions work. I’m using an iPhone and an iPad. currently it’s very frustrating to use super live plus.
For example I cannot find in the documentation how to turn up the volume on the audio for the different cameras. All I can hear is ambient air whether the camera is outside or inside. There are just instructions for opening or closing the audio.
there is no glossary to give definitions for your technical instructions. for example in live view in talking about different channels one of the numbered steps number two says “if the channel quantity is more than the current screen display mode and the current screen display mode is more than nine the channel of the device will be previewed in the current screen display mode.”
this explanation assumes the user understands why you’re talking about channel quantity what channel quantity is. it also does not define the meaning of initial state what sensor alarm is what manual recording is how did the schedule recording is different from regular recording and what other state means.
also what is PTZ mode? what is split snap? what are the differences in settings for local mode versus remote?
I am sure I could get much more out of your product if the user manual included definitions and more step by step instructions.
Great app! But needs another update
Been using this app for about a year now. I recently updated in the last few days. After the update it does not open the camera feed right away. I have to click onto the server to see the details and then it connects and then I have to click out back to view the cameras. It previously did not do this and would just open the cameras right away. Please improve to have it open the camera feed immediately like it used to before. It used to be very quick and efficient before the update.

If it was the mechanics from Sim City 5 mixed with the scope of Simcity 4, it would be the best game ever. That is a true statement if I've ever seen one. For now, SimCity 4 is much better since it's actually playable. SimCity 2013 is a very beautiful game graphics wise, but your cities are limited to a relatively small box. SimCity 2013 is a fair bit easier than SimCity 4 and more fun to play, IMO. You can have curved and custom elevated roads, which is really nice. SimCity 4 is a simulation game, but it’s no IL-2 Stumorvik.The game is designed to be friendly and accessible to all players. This is an Electronics Arts title, after all, and it was developed alongside The Sims.There’s even an option to import your Sims character. 
70+ channels, unlimited DVR storage space, & 6 accounts for your home all in one great price. After playing SC4 for a decade with all mods, bats and cheats ever created for SC4 by all knights and angels, I was darned excited when SC5 was launched. So i bought the game and it was really great in terms of graphics. However, the gameplay wasn't as great as SC4 and so I ditched my SC5 and continued playing endlessly on my SC4 with multitudes of land, space, terraforming and regions.
